Returns Policy

Return Period

Our returns policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns on products that:

• Were shipped by ThermoCarry
• Are faulty due to manufacturing defects
• Were received incorrectly (wrong item shipped)
• Show quality issues not aligned with our standards

All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Products showing signs of use or damage caused by customer
• Items without original packaging
• Products purchased more than 30 days ago

Refund Process

1. Contact our customer service team at ask@thermocarry.com to initiate a return
2. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Package the item securely with all original components
4. Ship the item to our designated return address
5. Once received, we'll inspect the returned item
6. You'll receive email confirmation of the return receipt and refund status

Refund Information

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• Processing time: 2-5 business days after return approval
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Important Notes

• Items must be returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging
• Partial refunds may be issued for incomplete or damaged returns
• For orders with multiple items, refunds will only be issued for returned items
• Failed deliveries due to incorrect address information or customer unavailability are not eligible for refunds
